Games that count
Slots and video slots count in full towards wagering. Stakes in the live casino, on table games and on video poker do not count at all.

Live casino stays closed
While a bonus is active, the live casino is off limits and bonus money cannot be staked there. Entering the live casino before completing wagering forfeits the remaining bonus and bonus winnings.
Cashing out early
Bonus winnings become withdrawable once wagering is done. Withdrawing before that point costs you what is left of the bonus and what it has won, while winnings from your own money can always be withdrawn.

Fair play checks
If you play at high risk and, after a big win, substantially lower your stake solely to finish wagering, we forfeit the bonus and what it has won after checking your play. Deposits

Payments we cannot accept
UK players cannot pay by credit card, and nobody may use a card or account that belongs to someone else. If we find one, we close the account, send any remaining deposits back to the method they came from and void the winnings.
Your balance

Affordability checks

One account each
Each person may hold one account with us. If more turn up, we keep the first one, close the rest and forfeit their winnings. Inactive accounts
An account with a real-money balance turns inactive after 12 months without logins or transactions, and we try to let you know at least 30 days beforehand. Keeping your account safe
